Your brain literally rewards you with the good stuff like serotonin, dopamine and endorphins when you are successful at a task. So if you’re feeling flat, find a moment to spend with an old faithful like:

  • Walking
  • Reading
  • Playing with a pet
  • Swimming
  • Cooking
  • Guided meditation
  • Card games if you’re flying solo or board games if you can phone a friend
